Travel Like You Mean It

Fresh after 6 months with my feet securely on the ground and I was ready to go off travelling again! This time for the sake of a university field trip rather than a summer of fun, last time the destinations were Australia and Fiji, this time it was New Zealand :D


The excitement of going back to the other side of the world to do and see amazing things made the ominous 37 hour flight seem much less threatening, especially as we would be spending 6 hours in Melbourne :) Along with flying visits to Dubai and Kuala Lumpur.


We decided to travel with Emirates, I wasn't sure whether they'd beat the immensity of Qantas or not, but I was pleasantly surprised, especially with the white wine...

And the triangular food...

Not so impressed with some of the people I was sat by though...

Some strange people about right? Mate you've been framed :P Some crazy fat guy actually covered my TV screen with his blanket while I was trying to watch Harry Potter :( So I poked him repeatedly :D
